Pool and Pavilion

Our sparkling pool is the perfect spot to beat the heat, whether you’re looking to swim laps, splash with the kids, or unwind by the water. It includes plenty of space for adults to swim, a separate wading pool, lounge chairs and umbrella-covered tables. The pool is open from Memorial Day to early September. The pavilion is a versatile space that’s perfect for hosting events and gatherings. It includes tables and chairs with covered seating, kitchen facilities, and plenty of counter space.

The Birnamwood tennis and pickleball courts offer residents a place to stay active, enjoy friendly competition, and connect with neighbors. These well-maintained, dual purpose, courts provide a versatile space for both seasoned players and beginners to have fun and stay fit. Lines and nets are setup for both tennis and pickleball, and the high-quality surface is well-maintained for a safe and enjoyable playing experience.

Birnamwood townhomes are conveniently located across the street from the Birnamwood Public Golf Course. The nine hole, par 27 public course features bunkers on every hole, many native plantings, and a water hazard on two holes. The Clubhouse offers equipment rentals, locker rentals and a snack bar. Environmentally-friendly design and practices have earned an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary certification.
