Account for Birnamwood.org Website
 
The RESIDENT ONLY section of the website contains important and useful information for Birnamwood homeowners, including the “BHA Docs Hub” Google Drive. A registration for an account is required. New Birnamwood homeowners, or those who have not previously set up accounts, can register using the steps below:
 
  1. Click the REGISTER link in the upper right corner of the home page
  2. For DIRECTORY OPTIONS, select NO for all questions
  3. For YOUR INFORMATION, please provide: (a) your first and last name; (b) your email address; (c) your unit NUMBER; and (d) your phone number, including area code
  4. SKIP the rest of the questions in this section (information is not required)
  5. For section SECOND RESIDENT’S INFORMATION: provide information here for any additional adult residents in your home (OR…the second resident can register for their OWN account)
  6. For section CHILDREN’S INFORMATION: SKIP these questions (do not provide this information)
  7. For section OTHER DETAILS: Type the stylized letters you see (i.e., verification code) into the box
  8. Click SUBMIT
The system will generate and send to you via the email address you provided your new password. Note that this process may take 1-2 days.
 
Homeowners who already have an account, but have either forgotten the password or wish to change it, should complete the following steps:
  1. Click the LOGIN link in the upper right corner of the home page
  2. Enter your userID (i.e., email account) used to initially register the account
  3. Click FORGOT PASSWORD
  4. Follow the instructions provided
If the steps above do not work and you need additional assistance with your account user name or password, contact Birnamwood Website Administrator Dean Breuer.
 
Account for Cedar Management Website
 
The Cedar Management website (https://www.cedarmanagement.com/)  is your source for information about association payments, tracking payments, and understanding what is included in monthly HOA fees. To create an account:
  1. Go to the website
  2. Click on the HOMEOWNER tab
  3. Select the SIGN IN option
  4. Use the login information provided to each homeowner by Cedar Management, along with the account number and password.
 
If you need the login information to be resent, contact Cedar Management Property Manager Amelia Meyer.
