BHA Dues and Meetings
Birnamwood Homes Association (BHA) Monthly Fees
BHA fees--including monthly dues, insurance premiums, and any current assessments--are due on the 1st of each month. Homeowners should send payments to the address provided in the letter from Cedar Management. Monthly Board Meetings
Birnamwood Homes Association (BHA) Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. They are held as in-person meetings at the Diamondhead Education Center (200 Burnsville Parkway) in room 221. A Zoom link for each meeting is available to all homeowners prior to the meeting for homeowners who wish to attend virtually. Board meetings are open to all homeowners. [The last portion of many Board meetings is a Board Executive Meeting that is closed to the general public.] Agendas and Meeting Minutes can be found in the “BHA Docs Hub” document portal [link provided in the "Residents Only" section of this website].

Annual Homeowner Association Meeting
This year’s annual meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 11, 2026 from 6:00-9:00 p.m. It will be held at Diamondhead Education Center in rooms 2016B (Eagan room) and 2016C (Savage room).
