Welcome Committee

New homeowners become members of the Birnamwood Homes Association upon purchase of a Birnamwood property. The Welcome Committee is responsible for contacting new Birnamwood homeowners to schedule an informational meeting for reviewing important information in the Birnamwood by-laws and procedures documents that govern the Birnamwood Homes Association. They receive information on: 
  • establishing their account on the Birnamwood website
  • waste and recycle collection dates
  • where to send monthly dues checks or how to set up automatic payments
  • rules governing limitations on grills and firepits
  • procedures for requesting architectural changes
  • guest parking availability, and procedures for homeowners requesting a parking permit
  • procedures for pool/pavilion reservations 
  • other important information to make living in Birnamwood a wonderful experience
 
This meeting is important as it provides new homeowners with an opportunity to ask questions and learn how to become active, involved members of the Birnamwood community!
