Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee is responsible for the following Birnamwood community facilities:
- electric lines and pole lights
- garage lights on outside of townhouses
- water and sewer lines
- driveways and guest parking areas
- sidewalks, steps and handrails
- benches
- retaining walls
- mail boxes
- signs and home identification number posts
- front entrance sign
- lamps and lamp posts
- maintenance garage
- wiring – all on common grounds, except cable TV
The Facilities Committee also collaborates with the Grounds Committee to coordinate spring and fall “Birnamwood Clean-Up Days.”
