Saturday, June 7th, 2025, 12pm to 6pm at Pavilion
Reservation is for the Pavilion only and must not interfere with resident’s normal use of the pool area. The bathroom in the lower pool area may be used by guests. No glassware is allowed in the pool area. When you leave, the pavilion area is to be cleaned, garbage disposed of in the trash containers, and furniture arranged as it was found. 
 
A $50.00 fee may be assessed by Cedar Management should there be damage to the property. Residents requesting use of the Pavilion are responsible for any damage to this property. The fee will be r charged if the area is not clean and free of damage.
 
If the area requires cleaning – or if there is any damage requiring repair or replacement the fee is assessed and any additional costs will be billed to the resident making this request.
 
It will be the responsibility of the resident, making this reservation, to ensure that all local and state laws are followed, including no consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the legal age limit. Loud noise or disruptive behavior, initiating complaints by other pool users is cause for termination of the party.

Join us at the pavilion for the first session of the summer. Come share your concerns, ask the board questions and give us feedback on how we are doing.

Monthly Birnamwood Homes Association (BHA) Board meeting.

Volunteer Opportunity: Mulch Meet Up
Thursday, June 19th, 2025, 5pm to 6:30pm at Pool Entrance along Ring Road
The Grounds Committee is hosting a "Mulch Meet-Up" Thursday, June 19th, from 5-6:30 pm. If you can stop by to help for a few minutes or the whole time, it would be great to see you there. Our mission is to mulch the community spaces in front of the pool. We will have buckets for moving the mulch (no shovels needed), and if you have work gloves, please bring them! All ages welcome.
See you on Thursday by the Ring Road pool entrance.

There is a reservation that ends at 7pm and that homeowner has been notified of your request. NOTE you must not go to the pavilion for your reservation no earlier than 7pm and the pool closes at 9:30pm which means you have to be out of the pavilion no later than 9:30pm promptly.
