The Birnamwood board wants pool and pavilion facilities to be available to all homeowners during holidays, so no reservations for the Pavilion will be accepted.
Pavilion Reserved by Home Owner
Sunday, July 6th, 2025, 12:30pm to 5:30pm at Pavilion
Reservation is for the Pavilion only and must not interfere with resident’s normal use of the pool area. The bathroom in the lower pool area may be used by guests. No glassware is allowed in the pool area. When you leave, the pavilion area is to be cleaned, garbage disposed of in the trash containers, and furniture arranged as it was found. 
 
A $50.00 fee may be assessed by Cedar Management should there be damage to the property. Residents requesting use of the Pavilion are responsible for any damage to this property. The fee will be r charged if the area is not clean and free of damage.
 
If the area requires cleaning – or if there is any damage requiring repair or replacement the fee is assessed and any additional costs will be billed to the resident making this request.
 
It will be the responsibility of the resident, making this reservation, to ensure that all local and state laws are followed, including no consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the legal age limit. Loud noise or disruptive behavior, initiating complaints by other pool users is cause for termination of the party.
 
Party guests must park on the ring road and not in parking spaces on the north side of the pool area. 
 
Grounds Committee Meeting
Wednesday, July 9th, 2025, 4:30pm to 6pm at 181 Birnamwood Dr.
The Grounds Committee is made up of volunteers who live in Birnamwood and have an interest in keeping our Grounds looking beautiful. We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, March-October, at 4:30 pm at 181 Birnamwood Dr. If you have an interest in joining the Committee, please join us for a meeting. We are always looking for volunteers to join our fun and hard-working team!

Monthly Birnamwood Homes Association (BHA) Board meeting.

Join us at the pavilion for a summer listening session. Come share your concerns, ask the board questions and give us feedback on how we are doing.
