Reservation is for the Pavilion only and must not interfere with resident’s normal use of the pool area. The bathroom in the lower pool area may be used by guests. No glassware is allowed in the pool area. When you leave, the pavilion area is to be cleaned, garbage disposed of in the trash containers, and furniture arranged as it was found. 
 
A $50.00 fee may be assessed by Cedar Management should there be damage to the property. Residents requesting use of the Pavilion are responsible for any damage to this property. The fee will be charged if the area is not clean and free of damage.
 
If the area requires cleaning – or if there is any damage requiring repair or replacement the fee is assessed and any additional costs will be billed to the resident making this request.
 
It will be the responsibility of the resident, making this reservation, to ensure that all local and state laws are followed, including no consumption of alcoholic beverages by any person under the legal age limit. Join other Birnamwood residents for a weekly chess meet up at the pavilion. All ages and levels welcome to play!  If you have a board or timer feel free to bring it. 
 
August 24th the meet up will be hosted in the garage at unit #111 since the pavilion is reserved that day. Lessons available for beginners!

The Grounds Committee is hosting a Weed & Meet for the area in front of units 116-119.
