Monthly ACC Meeting Process
- The ACC Chair prepares for the monthly meeting:
- Creates the meeting agenda and sends it to members a week before the meeting.
- Revises agenda based on member suggestions.
- Prints agenda to bring to the meeting for members.
- Gathers/prepares any needed materials for meeting.
- The ACC meeting opens with the topic of applications:
- The Chair asks members to report new and completed apps.
- ACC discusses where necessary on followup to apps.
- Completed and canceled apps are signed by the appropriate member and are passed onto the keeper of the files (tubs).
- App info/updates are entered into the current year apps in Google Docs by a member.
- Copies of any apps requiring Board approval are passed on to the ACC Liaison to be presented at the next Board meeting.
- The Chair asks for any pertinent updates from ACC Liaison from prior Board meeting.
- Agenda is followed, minutes are kept by a member in Google Drive, meeting place for following month is determined.
- Meeting is closed.
