Monthly ACC Meeting Process

  1. The ACC Chair prepares for the monthly meeting:
    1. Creates the meeting agenda and sends it to members a week before the meeting.
    2. Revises agenda based on member suggestions.
    3. Prints agenda to bring to the meeting for members.
    4. Gathers/prepares any needed materials for meeting.
  2. The ACC meeting opens with the topic of applications:
    1. The Chair asks members to report new and completed apps.
    2. ACC discusses where necessary on followup to apps.
    3. Completed and canceled apps are signed by the appropriate member and are passed onto the keeper of the files (tubs).
    4. App info/updates are entered into the current year apps in Google Docs by a member.
    5. Copies of any apps requiring Board approval are passed on to the ACC Liaison to be presented at the next Board meeting.
  3. The Chair asks for any pertinent updates from ACC Liaison from prior Board meeting.
  4. Agenda is followed, minutes are kept by a member in Google Drive, meeting place for following month is determined.
  5. Meeting is closed.
